On Arrival
There’s ample car parking space at the front of the church. The building has three entrances. The main central doors look very daunting due to the amount of steps but when you reach the top you are assured a warm welcome from one of our welcoming team. There are no reserved seats so sit anywhere you find comfortable and if you have any questions ask one of the welcome team who will do their best to help you. There is disabled access at the side door of the building.

What about my children?
We are delighted to see every age group at church. We run a crèche for children up to nursery school age which is available from the start of the service and is hosted in the adjoining hall. Older children stay in the main meeting for about the first 15 minutes and then they go next door to the hall for more age appropriate bible teaching in their group which is called God Loves You (GLU). The children sing songs hear bible stories and do related quizzes and crafts. If your child has any additional special needs please speak to the one of the welcome team who can put you in touch with one of the teachers.

What happens on a Sunday Morning?
Before the service we serve tea and coffee, so please relax and help yourself.  Our time of worship lasts about an hour and 15 minutes. We usually start with some news announcements and a short reading from the bible. We then praise God by singing some worship songs, the words of which are projected on a screen. We then pray and read a longer passage from the bible (you’re encouraged to follow along; there are bibles at each of the seats) after which the children come forward to the front of the building to hear a relevant summary of the lesson we have just read from the bible. After this the children leave for GLU and we worship God with our offering (this is part of our worship as we demonstrate thanks to God for his blessings to us, please don’t feel you have to give anything as you are a guest.) We pray and sing again and then spend a period of time listening to the minister teaching the passage of the bible that we read earlier. We finish with singing and a prayer.

If you have any questions about what has been taught or anything else that may be concerning you, Owen, the minister is available for a chat after the service.

If you have any other questions you would like answers to before you visit us, Owen would be pleased to talk to you. For contact details click here.
